Jackson Gum
Jackson is currently working towards a master’s by research in Engineering, at Monash University. His research involves developing droplet nebulisers to build a portable device for improved aerosol drug delivery, by means of piezoelectric actuation.
Jackson completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) specialising in Mechatronics Engineering in 2021. His other work includes a research assistant role in developing and fabricating an ‘electronic nose’ for early detection of hazardous gases, and a teaching assistant role for Micro and nanotechnologies.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering and dancing at Monash Dance Society, a student-run society on campus.
